New to 2024, we are proud to announce the launch of the Free Tier for our MagicSuite. This will mean that anyone can now access the value of our products, and deliver business value – without spending a penny.

ReportMagic

For our well-loved report automation software, users will be able to execute pre-canned reports from the library, at no charge. The library is a concept that we will invest in further during 2024, so that customers can deliver those insights quickly and easily, without diving into the nuances of having to write their own custom reports.

AlertMagic

There’s a lot to look forward to in 2024 for AlertMagic customers. Not only a face-lift planned, but a free tier that offers incredible value to lower-scale deployments, with the ability to create up to 10 new incidents/day. With a de-duplication ratio of 90% (a typical starting ratio, that often goes up to 96%) – this is equivalent to 100 originating events processed/day. Great for a Proof of Value!

ConnectMagic

Essential for synchronising federated customer data between SaaS toolstacks, from LogicMonitor to ServiceNow to Salesforce and back again. Used for Master Data Management strategies that seek to drive efficiencies and collaboration between teams. This now includes 2 datasets within the free tier.

DataMagic for Meraki

Our innovative approach to reduce the cost of observability, increase the richness of Meraki data available to the business, and decrease the time-to-respond by leveraging the power of the Meraki API interfaces. This now includes up to 100 Meraki devices at no charge, and a simple scalable model thereafter.
